Evaluation
Questions
1) The
project that we was set for assignment 3 was to make a website for a subject
that I have chosen.
2) Before I made the final product, I had to
make some small changes to the design by inputting a contact form on the right
side of the website, added a small paragraph on the homepage on the website of
the chosen topic and added a slide show of images on the home page.
3) My
completed website is successful, the website was well designed and the video clip is extremely good.
4) The
project went well and the favourite element of the website is the video clip
that I made and edited for the website.
5) The only
thing that did not go so well was the filming process as it was postponed twice
because of unforeseen circumstances.
6) The
website works well, the links to take me to the right pages of the website and
it is a conventional website.
7) My
website is creative as there is plenty of information, different images and a video clip on it.
8) My website is aesthetically pleasing and is inviting for people to view it.
9) The video was good and the subject was explained well within the clip.
10) The
advantages of having a video on the website are that it provides information, it is a type of media and it provides entertainment. The disadvantages of having a video on the website are that the website could take longer to load and the video could keep buffering during playback.
11) If i were do to the task again, I would change the logo, add some more images to the slide show and add some more information on the website.
12) The software, hardware and applications used to make the website was photo shop for the banner and logo, premiere pro for the video and Wix to make the website.
13) The file type used for the images were JPEG and PNG, the file type that was used for the video was MP4.
14) The pre-production paperwork that was completed was mainly related to health and safety, location of filming and talent release forms.
15) The legislation and regulations that I had to follow during the task were the Copyright, Design and Patents Act (1988) and the Computer Misuse Act (1998)
