Proposal and justifications

For assignment 3, I will be planning to make a website and the topic will be Cardfight Vanguard. The primary audience of this website will be young people who like or are interested in learning a new trading card game. The purpose of the website will be to get people interested in learning how to play and to raise the profile of the game. The video will be a tutorial video on how to play and the video will be on its own page. The paperwork that will be required to be completed before filming would be talent release form and risk assessment. The regulations that will most likely impact my production will be the Computer Misuse Act and the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act. The  applications I will use during production are: Wix.com, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The file types that will be used are: MP4, JPEG and PNG.
